How to Access the Malaysian MyInvois Portal and Set Up Yezza as an Intermediary

If you need to access MyInvois via MyTax and configure your profile to include Yezza as your intermediary, follow these steps:


Step 1: Log In to MyTax

  1. Visit the MyTax portal: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my.
  2. Click “Login” and enter your credentials.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to the MyInvois portal from the dashboard.

 


Step 2: Switch to Your Company Tax Profile

  1. After logging in, click on your profile name (usually in the top-right corner).
  2. Select “Switch Taxpayer” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose your company’s tax profile to ensure you are managing the correct business account.

 


Step 3: Edit Your Profile to Add Yezza as an Intermediary

  1. From the MyInvois Home page, go to “Manage your Profile”.
  2. Navigate to “Taxpayer Profile” under “Profile” to update your business details.
  3. Locate the “Representatives” section to Add Intermediary.
  4. Add Yezza as your intermediary by entering the following details:
    1. TIN: C26519995060
    2. BRN: 202001010294
    3. Name: YEZZA TECH SDN. BHD.
  5. Set your “Representation From” date to today, and leave “Representation To” date empty to prevent expiry date error (you can always remove Yezza as your intermediary in the future).
  6. Click “Save” to confirm the changes.


Step 4: Verify Your Settings

  1. Navigate back to the dashboard to ensure the intermediary details are reflected correctly.
  2. If everything is in order, you are now set up to process e-invoicing through Yezza.
