What is Yezza Migration?

Yezza Migration is the process of transferring clinic data from your existing system to the Yezza platform.

Performed in 3 stages: Extraction, Import, Verification.

Customised per system—guided in WhatsApp support group.
Before You Begin
- You will be required to provide your login credentials if you’re using Cmagsys Cloud, or Yezza will assist in extracting the latest backup file if you’re using Cmagsys Server.

Migration is available to clinics with an active Yezza account.

Our team manages most of the process, but your review is essential.

Communication is handled through your dedicated Support WhatsApp group.

What Data Can Be Migrated to Yezza?
Included Data Types

Medications: Name, medication details, stock quantity, selling price, stock cost.

Procedures, Investigations, Services: Name, selling price.

Patient Information: Name, ID, phone number, address
- Patient Medical Records: Visit date, case notes, diagnosis, medications and treatments

🚫 Data not currently supported for migration:
- Medical files/documents: Medical certificate, Referral letters, X-ray file, blood test file, ultrasound files.
- Outstanding invoices: Yezza will display all invoices regardless the status.
- Payment details: Either Cash/Card/Panel
💡 Yezza is continuously improving its migration script to support more formats in future updates.
